Professional and Personal Biography

Hi, I'm Luz
For a long time, I was a very curious person, someone who lived mostly in her head… and someone who tried to carry so much inside without really knowing how.
Over time, I began to discover gentler ways of approaching what I was going through. And that’s what I share today.
What I Do
Today, I support people who have been strong for too long and need to begin relating to themselves differently.
Without pushing themselves. Without having to get everything right.
My approach brings together the body, emotions, and our inner world, always placing safety at the heart of the process.
I’ve been curious about human nature for as long as I can remember.
That curiosity first led me into the world of communication, where I studied journalism and television,
and later towards a deeper understanding of how we think, feel, and relate to one another.
Over time, that search became personal, too.
I began exploring my own inner world and discovering ways to hold what had once felt difficult.
My Training and Experience
Over the years, I have been trained in different approaches for emotional support and body-based practices, including:
- Professional Coaching (Trauma-Informed)
- Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS)
- Somatic Psychology
- Emotional Intelligence
- Integrative Nutrition for Mental Health
- Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness
I’ve also explored other approaches that have been part of my personal journey.
• Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
• Be Set Free Fast (BSFF)
• Regression Therapy
• Biodecoding
• Therapeutic Numerology
I have also had contact with traditional and spiritual approaches, such as the Andean worldview of the Q’eros Nation.
Alongside my training in therapeutic approaches, my academic background includes:
• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Journalism
• Professional Master’s Degree in Television
• Interdisciplinary PhD in Media and Gender Studies (Swansea University, UK)
I continue to learn and grow, bringing together what feels useful and respectful of each person’s individual pace.
Over the past few years, I have supported people through profound processes of deep personal transformation and created projects that reflect what I have learned along the way.
Among them are two personal growth documentary films: Failing to Success and I Love Us.
How I Work
My approach isn’t about rushing or forcing the process.
It’s about creating a space where you can gently approach what you’re feeling, without becoming overwhelmed.
Because before we can understand or change anything, the body needs to feel safe.
If any of this resonates with you, you can begin slowly, one step at a time.
